I am very happy and satisfied with what Andes and the team provide to me for my home renovation. Initially we didn’t choose APH for my home renovation. My family and i more prefer those branded ID company hence we choose a well-known ID for my renovation. When we pay the deposit, the nightmare begin. We have alots of communication issue during the design stage plus we met the lock down period and make the entire situation even worst. End up i decided to give up that ID and look for Andes from APH. I am very happy to work with Andes as he is a very prompt guy. He reply my message almost immediate response and we hv totally zero communication problem during the entire renovation period. While doing the design, Andes not really hard sell his idea but explain to me the pro and con of the design and let me decide on it. During the material selection, he also accompany me to the factory and showroom to choose the material. This is to ensure the material that i selected fit to my expectation. Andes will also update me the renovation progress photos via whatsapp so im not worry about the stuff. The most important things is he fulfill what he promised to us especially the timeline. We manage to move in the house as per agreed schedule. Their post-sales service also very good even after hand over, sometimes when we ask for help to rectify or to install something, they are ok and come to help us. Overall, i am very happy and thank you Andes and the team for making my home sweet home reno dream come true. I definately will recommend APH to my friend who want to do renovation.

We first got to know Andes through Qanvast. He was the first ID we met, and we had a good impression of him as he was very friendly and down to earth. My wife and I did not know anything about renovation and he explained everything to us clearly and patiently. He also brought us to his completed job site and spent 2 to 3 hours explaining everything to us, as well as to let us inspect his workmanship. He did not hard sell his design ideas to us, and explained the pros and cons of everything, leaving the final decision to us. During the renovation phase, he provided constant updates through WhatsApp and was also always responsive (immediate reply most of the time). His workmanship is good, and he promptly rectified and even redid some of the imperfections that I pointed out, at no additional cost. Although I was very OCD and picky, he was always tolerant and had a good temper. After renovation, he provided value-added services such as touch up and mounting of accessories.
Overall we are satisfied with Andes’ service and will definitely recommend him.

He gives his own opinions as well as listens to what we want and instead of promising us the moon and the stars, he gets very practical when he feels something will not be the wisest idea for long term purposes. Appreciate that. A few things did go wrong during the course of the reno, like toilet plumbing major clog due to previous owner mistake, and Andes took it upon himself to fix the issue for us. Even after reno was completed, he and his crew was ready to come down to rectify whatever little things we felt needed a bit of a touch up. He has a great set of men working with him and it was very easy for me to communicate with them personally when I was there some of the days and needed certain changes. He isn’t calculative and was very ready to come hep me install items I needed help with. I remember my previous contractor years ago charged me $5 for each item I needed to install. All in all, we are very happy with Andes services. He helps to create homes and also solve problems and issues. Thanks!!

After meeting with several IDs, we decided to go for Andes through a friend’s recommendation as he provided the most reasonable cost and advice for the designs that we wanted. He was able to guide us not just on the practicality of the designs, but also on whether the items and colours matched. We could trust him to bring our ideas to live and we are very pleased with the final result! He is very reliable and always willing to help, especially when we couldn’t make it for our furniture and appliances deliveries. He would also come down personally to help us rectify certain issues. Andes from APH is the first ID I met, but I was a pretty cautious person, so I went on to meet another 14 ID companies before I decided to go with Andes. 3 main reasons: Andes’ concept is good, replies are fast, quick to action and provides the most economical (and practical) package among all the 14 IDs I have met. Our communication from the start to the end are (superb) mutual and he did beyond his duty to help me with my other furniture / electronic gadgets. Finally finished our renovations & moved in last weekend. I’m very grateful for having found APH Interior to help with designing and doing our renovations. I spoke to approximately 14 IDs before I decided on APH Interior. Searching for an ID during the CB was a challenge because everyone asked you to go down to their showroom but Andes made it so convenient. Right of the bat, he suggested a zoom call & had prepared a PowerPoint presentation on the company and services. Was kind of shocked but impressed with the preparation. He wasn’t pushy with his ideas, instead he gave his suggestions & explanations but ultimately gave us the freedom to make the final decision. If he wasn’t able to produce the exact idea we had, he would always give an alternative which was just as good! The team helped with receiving all our goods & installation so we saved on some extra cost here & there. Andes was really patient and accommodating towards us & he made the entire experience as stress free as possible. His service goes above and beyond. We love how our home turned out! Andes has made true of this sentence, “There is no job that is too small”. Due to budget constraints, I had only commissioned APH Interior to carry out works in the master room and its toilet. From start to end, he has given his professional advice and full attention to the job; at times even above and beyond what is required of him. There was once when I brought a colleague to visit the house during lunch and found him installing my bathroom accessories himself, as he knew I am particular about having things exactly where I wanted them to be at. Workmanship and quality of the overall work done, are fantastic and the job was completed on time, while on a rather tight deadline. But Andes and his team did it all so well. Andes is an observant and detailed person too, contributing to the overall wonderful and pleasant working experience with him. I started off comparing many different IDs, but Andes from APH Interior was one with most value, and the fastest to respond for discussion and revisions in the quotations. Once renovation was started, he mobilised very quickly and kept me in the loop at every stage. My renovation duration was very short because of COVID, but he was dedicated to completing it in time, and he did. If there was a small decision to be made, he would still check with me, and not assume like other IDs I’ve experienced before. The quality of the finish was excellent, and any minor defects we spotted, he touched up speedily. He’s very friendly, and gives his helpful ideas when asked, but still lets you have the final decision. Speed and Quality and Friendly, the best combo. Highly Recommend APH Interior!

It was a pleasant experience working with Andes. Andes is a very approachable and professional designer. He was readily available and offered professional opinions and advices to best suit my preferences and meet my needs. He perfectly replicated my preferred style and offered various wise solutions for my home. I found four interior design companies to do quotations. I read the design outlines of the four designers, and finally decided to let APH Interior help me build my dream home. The boss, Andes, was very patient, gave me a lot of professional advice, and was willing to listen to my needs. Due to the limited space in the house, Andes will analyse with me what is feasible and what is not, according to the style I want. From the design concept, material, colour, furniture placement, all explain one by one. I really appreciate the help of Andes and his team to have such a comfortable home. Generally speaking, the price is reasonable, the service is first-rate, professional design, patient listening, good workmanship, and delivery on time.

Andes was recommended by my office colleague and he delivered (on my EC renovation) much better than what I anticipated. Most of the ID stay within their scope and deliver accordingly, but Andes work/perform beyond his scope. Andes can coordinate other Contractors work and also can receive delivery on behalf of us and also help to fix small fittings/add-on. Andes had completed the project earlier than expected and also his pricing is very reasonable. I am happy to recommend Andes to my friends.

We were introduced Tay by our friend and so happy they did. Tay is such an easy-going and easy to work with ID. He gives constructive ideas when he thinks our idea might be off, which turns out he is right. His workmanship is amazing too. Because of him, we manage to save 3 months of rental! Best home reno contractor you can get in Singapore. He was able to revamp a 126 sq m 5rm flat within 18 days. Responsive, Reasonable price, good design and quality work. Though 18 days with lots of hacking, electrical and carpentry work, job was never sloppy. Highly recommended.
