Andes is such a professional and helpful contractor to deal with. He is super handson & the best part was he respond to all inquiries super fast. Sometimes I message late at night and he will make the effort to reply as well. He is a super nice person to deal with. The design and workmanship was very good as well. He is also able to ensure that the flow of work is done on time which is hard to come by. Many contractors will try and delay timing of push completion date or give themselves buffer but Andes and his team strive their best to accomplish everything as stipulated.

We met a number of TOP good reviews ID but eventually selected APH as Andes is sincere, competent, very accommodating and has been always quick in response and replied us when we need some information.

We were very detail and strict on the home design style we wanted to achieve. We met him several times on design work and he was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining every items in the 3D design /Plan & Section drawings and also able to show us related photos of his past projects that similar to our design theme for us to have better ideas what to expect..

He promised and very confident our unit can complete in 2 months and even initially we were quite skeptical on his promise as some other ID quoted at least 2/2.5 or even 3 months renovation period and we are grateful he was able to rush the renovation for us without compromise the quality design and completed in time within 2 months.

He is a practical & hand-on ID and I don’t think any “TOP” ID in SINGAPORE will come to your newly renovated home to fix up small connection socket points, help you to drill & fix the cloth hangers on wall or even testing Singtel WIFI Router for you BY HIMSELF… Yes, he did all for us without extra service charge.

While APH Andes price may not be the cheapest among my few shortlisted ID but its excellent service has impressed us and definitely is worth the price. We will definitely recommend Andes to our friends for his excellent design & installation work and after sales-services

We first got to know Andes through Qanvast. He was the first ID we met, and we had a good impression of him as he was very friendly and down to earth. My wife and I did not know anything about renovation and he explained everything to us clearly and patiently. He also brought us to his completed job site and spent 2 to 3 hours explaining everything to us, as well as to let us inspect his workmanship. He did not hard sell his design ideas to us, and explained the pros and cons of everything, leaving the final decision to us. During the renovation phase, he provided constant updates through WhatsApp and was also always responsive (immediate reply most of the time). His workmanship is good, and he promptly rectified and even redid some of the imperfections that I pointed out, at no additional cost. Although I was very OCD and picky, he was always tolerant and had a good temper. After renovation, he provided value-added services such as touch up and mounting of accessories.
Overall we are satisfied with Andes’ service and will definitely recommend him.

He gives his own opinions as well as listens to what we want and instead of promising us the moon and the stars, he gets very practical when he feels something will not be the wisest idea for long term purposes. Appreciate that. A few things did go wrong during the course of the reno, like toilet plumbing major clog due to previous owner mistake, and Andes took it upon himself to fix the issue for us. Even after reno was completed, he and his crew was ready to come down to rectify whatever little things we felt needed a bit of a touch up. He has a great set of men working with him and it was very easy for me to communicate with them personally when I was there some of the days and needed certain changes. He isn’t calculative and was very ready to come hep me install items I needed help with. I remember my previous contractor years ago charged me $5 for each item I needed to install. All in all, we are very happy with Andes services. He helps to create homes and also solve problems and issues. Thanks!!

My family and i more prefer those branded ID company hence we choose a well-known ID for my renovation. When we pay the deposit, the nightmare begin. We have alots of communication issue during the design stage plus we met the lock down period and make the entire situation even worst. End up i decided to give up that ID and look for Andes from APH. I am very happy to work with Andes as he is a very prompt guy. He reply my message almost immediate response and we hv totally zero communication problem during the entire renovation period. While doing the design, Andes not really hard sell his idea but explain to me the pro and con of the design and let me decide on it. Once renovation was started, he mobilised very quickly and kept me in the loop at every stage.
